The TRX Yoga Signature Flow is a 60 min vinyasa practice that leverages the suspension trainer throughout the entire class. With the perfect blend of intensity and restoration, you have to experience this level of practice for yourself. Fusing the TRX methodology with the best practices of teaching a vinyasa yoga class you will gather everything you need to roll this class out to your community.
The TRX Yoga Flow Course set your intent and built a strong foundation of alignment, core power, mobility, and stability amongst the TRX Yoga poses. Now it’s time to put it all together and discover how the TRX Yoga Signature Flow can positively impact your community.
Completion of the TRX Yoga Flow Course qualifies you for the Tier One TRX Yoga Certification Exam. TRX Yoga Foundations Course is recommended to be a prerequisite to the TRX Yoga Flow Course. Many of the exam questions are predicated on the content you learn from the TRX Yoga Foundations Course.

Inform your training with the latest and most relevant Suspension Training research; Expand your TRX exercise library with a series of more nuanced yet highly effective TRX movements and combinations and Learn to coach movements to drive physiology with impactful TRX Coaching Methods
TRX Training Optimised – This exciting session highlights the most impactful TRX based exercises for performance and illutstrates how to best integrate other functional training tools to compliment and enhance your training.
TRX Partner Fusion & Functional Training – This intense session emphasizes the power of working with partners while providing a fusion of the functional strength and high-intensity rotational power of the TRX Suspension and TRX Rip Trainers. Experience specific techniques to energize your training sessions, engage otherwise dormant partners, and maximize movement quality which will redefine your participant’s experience and maximize the capacity of your program!
TRX Yoga Restore – TRX Yoga Restore is a restorative yoga class focused on regenerating your body and mind. Slow down and breathe as you move gently through poses with longer holds and props to support you. Integrate the TRX Suspension Trainer with other traditional yoga props to support you and help you relax further into the postures. Your body will thank you.
