Coach Stephanie Au took us on a fitness journey to discover the philosophy and fundamental movements of TRX training. Now I’m definitely more comfortable utilizing TRX as a resistance tool in any functional training – better forms and more precise movements. Most importantly, I’m more confident in cueing future trainees and helping them maintain stability using TRX. Stephanie gave very clear guidelines and useful tips to trainers/coaches who are interested in taking TRX to the next level.
