The curriculum is competency-based such that the participants can implement the skills and knowledge immediately to increase success of their athletes, members & themselves. Eleiko為提升舉重訓練的水平編制了一系列的課程,旨在有效地結合理論和實踐,讓學員在專注於親身實踐舉重訓練的同時亦能領會課程內容的發展以成為更好的教練。 Eleiko舉重訓練系統將全面的學習與教學設計融合,將奧林匹克舉重、力量舉重和功能性力量訓練的內容,以學員為中心的體驗方式有效地傳遞,令課堂更具吸引力。Eleiko舉重訓練課程以力量為基礎,讓學員能學以致用去運用其技能和知識,提升客戶和自己的成果。 Eleiko 對力量、運動表現和設備的熱情與我們的教育團隊對優質教育的堅持是絕配。 Eleiko 舉重訓練1級課程旨在幫助學員深入了解有效的指導、重點的提示和精準的回饋,並提供一個完備的系統適用於評估和提升新手或高級水平的舉重運動員。 為期兩天旨在提升教練在舉重訓練、技術動作和程式設計方面的技能。 Eleiko 舉重訓練1級課程向學員介紹舉重動作(抓舉, 上搏和挺舉)以及前蹲和過頭深蹲。還會介紹建立基本舉重訓練計劃和/或將舉重納入傳統運動訓練計劃所需的基礎知識。 在本課程中,您將: 利用站姿、抓握、身體姿勢和動作來指導正確的舉重技術 利用簡單的架構去有系統地識別、調整和糾正姿勢的代償 利用關𨫡變量去調整訓練計劃以實現預期效果 學習目標: 學習如何透過自信地及有系統地提升新手或高級舉重運動員的水平 利用不同舉重動作的篩選以確定某人的能力(適當的起點) 認知何為代償並了解它們如何改變舉重力學 利用架構來解決代償問題並提高舉重的運動表現 課程內容: 簡介與舉重的運動表現 舉重動作的篩選 抓舉 上搏 挺舉 指導的技巧 從地板上提升舉重桿的動作 代償與糾正 如何指出代償的技巧 指導運動訓練安排 編制訓練計劃、實習和進階 課程包括: 兩天的實體教學(總共16小時) ELEIKO 舉重訓練1級課程出席證書(包含CEUs) 課程手冊(英文) 需要帶備: 合適的運動服裝 學習的工具(電子設備或書寫文具)
