The Eleiko Powerlifting Digital Online Level 1 course is designed to help you develop a comprehensive overall understanding of Powerlifting from its history and benefits to proper technique and coaching for the 3 lifts. This course also provides a thorough understanding of human movement science, assessing a client for their readiness to lift, as well as a complete programming process including warm-up and cooldown/recovery.
This self-paced 15+ hour ONLINE course is designed to up-skill fitness and performance professionals in technique, programming, and coaching for powerlifting. You will be guided through each of the lifts (squat, bench press, and deadlift) and have a systematic process for performing and/or coaching others to perform them.
After you complete the course, you will have access to the level 1 test. Once you pass the test, you will receive your certificate.
The course will provide each participant with a greater level of interaction by using presentations, summary notes, practical videos, access to the Eleiko exercise library, and other resources to assist you on your strength training journey.
