ViPR is an essential functional training tool used by personal trainers, athletic trainers and sport coaches to assist with loaded movement training. As movement is essential to training healthy bodies, the more we move in a dynamic manner with weight (load) to our movements, the more beneficial it is to the body moving better, and becoming stronger. Science shows that moving with load improves balance, agility and dynamic strength, to reach goals such as weight management, improved functionality in all aspects of life, and enhanced performance in every level of sport.
