In the event of a sudden cardiac arrest in the workplace, fitness studio, or group classes, having a CPR / AED qualification may mean the difference between life and death. If it is performed in the first few minutes of a cardiac arrest, CPR can double or triple a person’s chance of survival. Having the knowledge and confidence in performing CPR with or without an AED can greatly improve the chance of survival.
