Blending theoretical knowledge and practical application, Phase 2 equips participants with the tools to effectively instruct, provide feedback, and design training programs with an emphasis on advanced movement skills through the Technical, Error, Correction (TEC) Model; strength and power development; and Energy Systems Development (ESD) programming that targets the physiological needs of athletes.

Introduction to the the Art and Science of Coaching, focusing on effective instruction, feedback, and practice design
