Our philosophy is that the trainer should be able to do the exercise correctly themselves first, before teaching their client. For that reason we go into detail on how to correctly perform the exercises yourself first.
In saying that, just because you know how to do the exercise yourself, doesn’t mean you know how to teach it. So we also go into detail on how to teach others how to correctly perform the exercises.

- For this reason, we provide a wide range of workouts, drills and games you can do with this piece of equipment in both one one and group / bootcamp settings
