DESCRIPTION:This flow session is open to fitness and non-fitness professionals alike\, who are interested in Animal Flow training. Our instructor will break up the group into smaller groups to match the different experience levels. \nBEGINNER: This session is for you when you have NO experience in Animal Flow but want to have fun learning the basic movements and enjoying the benefits of Animal Flow\, being it for mobility\, flexibility\, strength or endurance. It is a great opportunity if you are interested in taking part in the Animal Flow Level 1 Certification course. \nAnimal Flow Level 1 Instructor Certification Course is on November 11 and 12\, 2023 (Saturday and Sunday). \nEXPERIENCED FLOWIST: This session is for you when you are an experienced flowist and want to practice and further develop your flow skills. Take this opportunity to practice movement sequences such as the Beast Flow and get feedback from our Animal Flow Ambassador.\nWhether you are an athlete or just looking to get fit and having fun while doing it\, Animal Flow is perfect for you!
