The YBELLS Coaching course is designed to give coaches of exercise a better understanding of how to load movement with this tool. Dig deeper into how to create exercises with the YBELL and create exciting, fast-paced, highly variable workouts that will keep people engaged in their exercise sessions. Like any fitness product, there are simple techniques you can use to enhance each experience when using it.
The objectives of this course are:
1. Know and be able to coach using the various grips when using YBELL’s.
1. Understand how different grips relate to traditional fitness tools.
2. Experience a YBELL workout.
3. Learn how to create YBELL exercises based on the seven major movement patterns.
4. Know how to vary the movement patterns to create a vast array of exercises to suit all clients.
5. Understand how to program with YBELL using the YBELL Pod programming system.
6. Create your own YBELL Pod.
We want this course to help you create awesome physical movement sessions that create demand for your coaching skills and formulate the change the people you train want for a long time to come.
