The PAVIGYM™ Master Trainer Programme is a full two day training event taught by the PAVIGYM Head Master Trainer. The PaviGym Master Trainer programme is aimed at those trainers seeking to gain an understanding  of the PaviGym 3.0 System, Energy, Functional Training Zone, and Synapse system in order to teach and conduct branded PAVIGYM education. Upon successfully completing the training Hong Kong will develop a team of PAVIGYM Master Trainers capable o leading training throughout the territory.

During the two day Master Training programme, participants will cover the following programming areas PAVIGYM 3.0 consisting of: Energy+, Functional Training Zone, PRAMA 3.0 and Synapse. The emphasis will be on creating progressive Small Group Training programme and personal training programmes based on the Functional Training principles and the interactive light patterns,

What is the PaviGym 3.0 System?

PAVIGYM™3.0 is an intelligent and interactive floor with integrated led lights markings controlled by a touch screen software so your trainers can control, design and track the training sessions in the palm of their hands. During the course participants will receive several detailed training manuals that will focus on:

  • Knowledge and update of the  product
  • Conceptual overview of the training concept
  • Overview of the PRAMA System and how it integrates into a facility
  • Pre-defined programmes
  • Games and competitions
  • Running events
  • Testing to measure physical conditioning

Day one of the training, we will cover in detail an understanding of the following concepts and practical applications:

Morning Session:

  • Review of the PAVIGYM 3.0 System
  • Review of the exercise mood and designing personal training and small group sessions
  • Programme design – how to create and run a programme using the PRAMA system fro personal and small group training
  • Creating a member profile and develop a testing protocol to measure physical conditioning

Afternoon Session:

  • How to configure and create a personal training and small group training programme
  • Hands on practice
  • How to utilize the MOOD features and best practices for small group training
  • How to create MOODS using the PAVIGYM System
  • 3.0 guidelines and best practices

Day two of the training, we will cover in detail an understanding of the following concepts and practical applications:

Morning Session: 

  • A review of the Energy+ Training System
  • A review of the floor markings and guidelines and programme exercises
  • Create specific warm up, cool downs and main body of the training program
  • Understanding the role of the trainer, coach and best practices
  • Integrating music into the training sessions and mood features
  • Review of the online portal system and exercises

Afternoon Session:

  • A review of the PAVIGYM Functional Training Zone
  • Framework and  criteria in deisgning effective and safe programmes
  • Identifying and modifying class design for different levels of fitness
  • Practical session and class
  • Review the physical qualities and markings of the Functional Training Zone
  • Review on the online Functional Training Zone portal system
  • Review of Best practices for personal training and small group training
