Organising the Thorax for Optimal Shoulder Girdle Function

A well organized thoracic spine and thorax is required to support the shoulder girdle. The movements of breathing provide the foundation for exercise sequences that support the development of multi-planar fluid movements of the shoulder girdle. This class uses foam rollers, Pilates ARCs and MOTR along with Pilates studio apparatus.
